It's lovely being part of The Pigs team, there are three areas, the front of house, the hotel spa area and there is the kitchen and we are part of the bigger Pigs picture. We do have lots of giggles while we are at work, it's a nice environment to be in.
I think it personality-wise, I will always be motivated in whatever job I did, I love the job, I think to do aunty job to the best of your ability is just lovely and have an input to try and improve things and try and do the best you can
Hearing people as they are leaving say on their way out ' we have had such a great time, a really relaxing time and we will be back' and just knowing they have had a really nice time.
I thought I would like to be an animal that could fly because I think it's quite an incredible thing to do, but I would prefer to be a dragon, that's what I would really like to be. I have a slight thing for dragons.
To miraculously be able to afford to design and build my own house from scratch, I wouldn't be able to do any of it myself, but I would like a really good team to be able to help me do it.
