About the Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Spa Manager to support the leadership of the PIGSPA team. This full-time role offers a £24,000 salary, plus tips and product sales incentives, with no sales targets or pushy sales expectations. You’ll work 36 hours per week over 4 days, helping to maintain the highest standards in spa treatments and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Therapist in leading a team of 20+ therapists.
Assist in delivering and maintaining high-quality spa treatments.
Provide training, guidance, and support to the therapist team.
Ensure a professional, tailored experience for every client.

Requirements:

Level 3 Massage Qualification or higher, with 3+ years of spa experience (Indian Head Massage & Pregnancy Massage qualifications are a plus).
Experience in team leadership (Senior Therapist or Assistant Manager level).
Strong product and treatment knowledge (TempleSpa experience is a bonus, but training is provided).
Availability to work weekends and evenings.
