Role Overview

NuMi Health (Marketing Lead)

  • Take ownership of the marketing strategy and communications.
  • Drive content planning, creation, and delivery across platforms.
  • Manage and collaborate with digital specialists and external resources (e.g. designers, developers, paid ad and SEO specialists).
  • Build a strong brand identity and establish NuMi as a trusted name in health innovation.
  • All hands on deck – as a startup, flexibility and adaptability are key!

The Pigs (Brand manager)

  • Work alongside the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns and content for this established hospitality brand.
  • Implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent and impactful.
  • Utilise a range of marketing tools, with access to in-house training and external freelance experts for support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute campaigns across social media, email, website, print and paid ads.
  • Content creation (writing, photography, video) to drive engagement.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage projects with third-party collaborators.

About You

You’re proactive, adaptable, and excited to work across fast-paced, diverse brands. You’ll bring experience in marketing and a passion for creating engaging content, with a strategic mindset for NuMi and a collaborative approach for The Pigs.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years + experience in marketing.
  • Marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
  • Content creation, including strong creative writing skills.
  • Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, scheduling tools).
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Campaign Monitor).
  • Website CMS (e.g., Drupal, CraftCMS).
  • Performance analysis and KPI reporting.

Desirable Skills:

  • Photography and video production.
  • Background in hospitality and/or health-related marketing.

Personal Attributes:

  • Passion for health and wellness.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Location: Based at our central office in Holt. While in-office working is preferred, hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate.
