NuMi Health (Marketing Lead)

Take ownership of the marketing strategy and communications.
Drive content planning, creation, and delivery across platforms.
Manage and collaborate with digital specialists and external resources (e.g. designers, developers, paid ad and SEO specialists).
Build a strong brand identity and establish NuMi as a trusted name in health innovation.
All hands on deck – as a startup, flexibility and adaptability are key!

The Pigs (Brand manager)

Work alongside the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns and content for this established hospitality brand.
Implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent and impactful.
Utilise a range of marketing tools, with access to in-house training and external freelance experts for support.

Key Responsibilities

Execute campaigns across social media, email, website, print and paid ads.
Content creation (writing, photography, video) to drive engagement.
Analyse and report on campaign performance.
Manage projects with third-party collaborators.

About You

You’re proactive, adaptable, and excited to work across fast-paced, diverse brands. You’ll bring experience in marketing and a passion for creating engaging content, with a strategic mindset for NuMi and a collaborative approach for The Pigs.

Skills and Experience:

3 years + experience in marketing.
Marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
Content creation, including strong creative writing skills.
Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, scheduling tools).
Email marketing platforms (e.g., Campaign Monitor).
Website CMS (e.g., Drupal, CraftCMS).
Performance analysis and KPI reporting.

Desirable Skills:

Photography and video production.
Background in hospitality and/or health-related marketing.

Personal Attributes:

Passion for health and wellness.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
