About the role:

  • 5 days a week.
  • Day & evenings shifts
  • Mix of Reception and Therapist Role
  • £11.44 / £11.50 an hour
  • Tips on top, plus product sales incentives
  • TempleSpa incentive products available based on product sales, no sales targets to meet (and no pushy sales expected!).

About you:

  • Be a qualified Level 3 (or above) massage therapist, with a passion for delivering a stand out spa experience for each and every client. TempleSpa training is a plus, but not required.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team in our couples treatment room, alongside other passionate and skilled therapists, or confidently working on your own and creating your own zen space for the client to relax in.
  • 1+ years spa experience is favourable, but therapists who are new to the industry are welcome, as long as you have a positive attitude towards learning within the role and are keen to develop your own skills.
  • You can talk confidently to the customers about our products, values and history and show your passion for the brand to every customer.
  • You're open to new ideas and happy to contribute to helping better the business and customer experience.
  • Exceptional customer service is a must.
  • You are the first point of contact for visiting guests. You have the flair and warmth to make our guests feel welcome and informed.
  • Organised and knowledgeable, you know what’s going on and when. If you don’t know the answer then you are the type to seek the answer. Clues cannot escape your notice; every conversation helps you personalise a guest’s stay. Birthdays are never missed with your wits!
  • Happy to quickly familiarise yourself with technology and systems.

We serve good, honest food and our B&B consists of 20 luxury spa rooms and suites.
